Educate Girl Children
Do you know that poverty has a direct impact on a girl child? She is the first victim of poverty
NewBeginnings believes, boys or girls, all children are equal and have the same rights and therefore all children should be in school. Educating girls builds not only stronger families, but also contributes to nation-building. When girls receive education, they are less likely to become victims of child marriages, and more likely to lead healthy, productive lives. They participate in the decisions that most affect them and build better futures for themselves and their families. Girls’ education strengthens economies and reduces inequality.
NewBeginnings is educating 268 orphan and semi-orphan girl children with complete sponsorship support. We train them in life skills necessary to adapt to a world fast changing.
Educated girls involve in the workforce and in turn, bring economic stability to their families and communities. Studies have shown that women invest around 90% of their income into their families and communities thus reducing poverty and improving health, safety, and education for everyone.
While NCT gives equal importance to the education of both boys and girls, we emphasize the education of girl children much stronger. Because
Educate her – so she knows how to fight for her rights.
Educate her – so she knows what’s good for her life.
Educate her – so she knows what’s best for her children.
Educate her – so she knows how to build a healthy family and community.
